The mentioned prices are valid from 09.04. – 06.11.2011 – separated in season I and season II.
We recommend booking in time. A registration is obligatory for both parts if you have received a booking confirmation from us.
In general fees for reservation don’t exist.
The camping fees are due and payable on the day of departure (cash or with EC-Card with PIN for more than 50,00 EUR). Concerning camping with a tent the fees have to be paid on the arrival day. You will get the money back for services you haven’t used. If you are sent-off the site you will not receive the refund.
With your reservation you will simultaneously accept our prices and conditions for the booking of a campsite.
The North Sea-Camp is an institution for families and regeneration. Booking for groups in a tent is only possible according to a personal, verbal agreement.
For the months July and August as well as for Easter, Pentecost, Ascension, Corpus Christi and in the autumn holidays a reservation is absolutely necessary - also for special campsite wishes in the remaining season.
The campsite can only be used according to the quantity of adults and children – confirmed by us. If there are more persons (visitors like relatives or friends) you have to get the allowance of the campsite office. Also the additional persons have to pay the personal fee and the cure fee.
For one parcel on the campsite the maximum quantity of persons is 6 (incl. children).
On one parcel there is only one tent + car or one caravan + car or one motor-caravan allowed. For additional tents or cars you have to pay.
There is a limit of quantity of dogs on the site. So you absolutely have to declare your dog before your arrival. Combat dogs are not allowed.
A liability for fire, steal, burglary, vandalism as well as an insurance for accident and luggage are not included in the rental price and emphatically excluded. The reserved site is available from 15:00 h at the arrival day. If the site is free you also can arrive earlier. On the departure day you have to leave your site until 11:00 h. Arrival day and day of departure are billed for one day.
The administration may change site allocations if they think that this is necessary. If you stay more than 7 nights your wish for a special site number can be considered. If you shorten the weekly allowance the invoice will be a total package (82,45 EUR and 7 x electricity, cure fee and additional persons) or it will be invoiced according to the length of the stay to the normal tariff (season I).
Every guest must be carefully with the inventory and the campsite. He must accept the duty to be liable for damages and breakdowns caused by himself or by his fellow passengers.
The North Sea-Camp is not liable for damages, accidents, steals or other irregularities which result from the use of the campsite. Through the influence of force majeure, for example strike or weather, every liability is excluded.
Reducing the price is not possible. Information by phone from our team is non-binding and needs a written confirmation by our office. Wishes of changes and rebooking should be made in written form.
